• Provide individualized counseling sessions to clients via secure video chat, focusing on their emotional and psychological well-being.

• Possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Hold an active and unrestricted clinical license issued by the state board, allowing independent practice without supervision:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions on record.
• Exhibiting strong interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic nature are essential for effective client engagement.
• Proficiency in computer use is necessary to navigate the telehealth platform and documentation processes.

• A minimum of two years of direct client counseling experience is preferred.
• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling settings is highly valued.

• Annual salary ranges from USD 9,000 to 104,000, depending on the number of hours worked and client load.
