Senior Litigation Counsel (Business & Real Estate) Remote | Austin, TX Competitive Compensation | Supplemental Practice Opportunity The Staff Pad has partnered with a rapidly growing, multi-state law firm known for delivering high-quality legal services across civil litigation, probate, real estate, and business law. With a strong reputation for client advocacy and results, the firm is seeking an experienced Business & Real Estate Litigator (Of Counsel) licensed in Texas. This role is an excellent fit for a seasoned litigator or a small/solo practitioner who wants to maintain independence while gaining supplemental caseload support.

The firm offers a strong infrastructure, administrative resources, and a consistent client pipeline, allowing attorneys to focus on practicing law with the flexibility of an Of Counsel arrangement. Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in business and real estate disputes, including contract, partnership, and property-related litigation. Conduct discovery, depositions, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy.

Provide strategic legal counsel and develop effective litigation strategies. Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution. Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-level service.

Qualifications: Licensed attorney in Texas. 3-5 years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on business and real estate matters. Strong trial, negotiation, and client management abilities.
