Position Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious, self-motivated Part-Time Licensed Life Insurance Agent to join our growing team. This position is perfect for driven professionals looking to supplement their income or transition into the financial services industry. Your primary responsibility will be to prospect for new customers, self-generate leads, and grow sales within your network and community. To supplement your outbound efforts, the company will provide a targeted, smaller volume of premium, company-paid leads free of charge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect Leads: Source, network, and self-generate a pipeline of new life insurance and fixed annuity clients.
  • Supplementary Lead Management: Efficiently contact and convert the smaller volume of company-paid leads provided to you.
  • Conduct Consultations: Analyze a prospect's complete financial picture to identify gaps in family protection and retirement security.
  • Purpose Solutions: Tailor and present appropriate term, whole life, or fixed annuity solutions that match the client's needs.
  • Build Trust & Compliance: Establish authentic relationships to guide clients through the application process strictly within state regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Active License: Current and valid MA State Life Insurance Producer License (Required).
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Annuity Certification: Completion of the state-mandated 4-hour Annuity Suitability Training course (or willingness to complete it immediately upon hire).
  • Experience: 1+ years of outbound sales, customer service, or community-networking experience.
