  • Designing data and strategy visualizations for the website, reports, presentations, and other external materials.
  • Formatting PowerPoint presentations in Luminos-branded templates, including using Luminos icons, photography, and creating PowerPoint-editable graphics.
    • Presentation design support will include distilling executive-level thinking, data, and complex concepts into compelling, easy-to-read slides and graphics free from typos or errors.
  • Formatting and designing reports, proposals, concept notes, and other publications in Microsoft Word and Adobe InDesign.
  • Designing printed collateral for events, such as postcards, flyers, banners, and signage.
  • Designing branded promotional items and gifts.
  • Expanding the Luminos icon library by creating custom icons in the Luminos style.
  • Supporting fast turnaround design needs while maintaining strong attention to detail, brand consistency, and accessibility.
Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally including both print and digital design.
  • Fluency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Deep experience with formatting and producing materials in Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, including the ability to spot typos, inconsistencies, and formatting issues.
  • Proven organizational, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Availability to start this role in July 2026.
