REMOTE TELETHERAPY SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST - PART TIME

Ensign Services is seeking an experienced, dedicated and compassionate Remote Teletherapy Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team covering the state of Texas. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality physical therapy services through telehealth platforms, helping patients recover and improve their physical function from the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct virtual occupational therapy evaluations and assessments using teletherapy tools.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and goals.
  • Provide remote therapy sessions, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatments as necessary.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
  • Document patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements for telehealth services.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Texas
  • Must reside in the state of Texas
  • At least 5 years SNF experience required
  • Experience with telehealth and teletherapy platforms preferred including NetHealth.
  • Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for remote patient interaction.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload effectively.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation standards.
