Now Hiring: Psychiatrist (Full-Time or Part-Time) | Community Behavioral Health, LLC

Are you a compassionate and driven Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist looking to make a meaningful impact in your community?

Community Behavioral Health, LLC is seeking a dedicated Psychiatrist to join our team and oversee the psychiatric and medical services for our outpatient programs. We offer a collaborative, supportive environment with opportunities for leadership, clinical supervision, and program development.

Responsibilities Include:

Providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management

Participating in treatment team planning and case reviews

Supervising clinical staff and supporting performance improvement initiatives

Leading in-service training and educational sessions

Collaborating with physicians, directors, and community partners

Offering after-hours emergency coverage (as needed)

Qualifications:

MD or DO from an accredited medical school

Licensed to practice medicine in Maryland

Minimum of 1 year in an outpatient setting (admin experience preferred)

Strong clinical, supervisory, and interpersonal skills
