The Comprehensive Counseling Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) to join our dynamic team in providing high-quality mental healthcare. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, conducting thorough evaluations and assessments.
  • Deliver a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
  • Maintain accurate and current clinical records in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of health professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for clients.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in mental health care.

The ideal candidate for this role will serve a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.
  • A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine dedication to client care.

Preferred Experience

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, ideally within a clinical context.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses and a generous sign-on bonus.
