We need high-performing, experienced Clinical Data Specialist that is responsible for the abstraction, analysis, investigation, reporting and follow-up for quality indicators/measures from internal and external initiatives to improve patient care, processes of care and outcomes.
Your Job Requirements:
• Associate or Bachelor's degree, science emphasis or commensurate healthcare experience
• CPHQ or other quality certification preferred
• Current license in the State of Texas as a registered or licensed vocational nurse preferred
• 3 - 5 years clinical experience preferable in general medical/surgical nursing or patient care; or 3-5 years experience as a healthcare professional
