  • Configure and validate Dayforce WFM rules, including timekeeping policies, accrual plans, scheduling rules, pay codes, and workforce data configurations.

  • Support testing activities, troubleshoot configuration issues, and coordinate client acceptance of delivered solutions.
  • Create and maintain requirements documentation, design specifications, configuration documentation, and project plans throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Build strong client relationships by communicating clearly, handling questions and feedback professionally, and delivering high-quality work.
  • Escalate project, technical, or configuration issues appropriately to project managers, practice leads, or other team members.

  • Strong understanding of Workforce Management concepts and Dayforce WFM functionality.
  • Experience supporting the full implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take accountability for deliverables, maintain high-quality work, and proactively manage project responsibilities.
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and handle client feedback professionally.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to present materials and facilitate client working sessions.
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements and competing priorities in a consulting environment.
  • Ability to accurately track time, meet project deadlines, and work within established utilization and project expectations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • Dayforce WFM certification is strongly preferred, or willingness to obtain certification as required.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment while collaborating effectively with distributed project teams.
  • Contractor readiness: Willingness and ability to engage on a contract basis when a suitable client opportunity becomes available.
  • Availability: Clearly defined current or upcoming availability, including expected notice period and potential start date for contract engagements.
  • Ability to commit to agreed project schedules and deliverables once assigned to a client engagement.
  • For US and Canada candidates: Ability to travel for client engagements as needed, up to 10%.
  • For Philippines candidates: Remote position; travel is not required.
  • Candidates must have valid authorization to work in their respective country. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to Have
