Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Type: Part-time

Location Requirement: Must currently reside in Idaho (any city)
**100% Remote**

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing, mission-driven team in a part-time, fully remote role. This position is supervision-focused and ideal for BCBAs who enjoy clinical oversight, parent collaboration, and mentoring behavior technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, oversee, and update individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans

  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to Behavior Technicians

  • Conduct parent training sessions and collaborate closely with families

  • Implement and monitor interventions targeting:

    • Adaptive and daily living skills

    • Emotional regulation and behavior reduction

    • Language and communication

    • Play, social skills, and peer interactions

    • Safety awareness and vocational readiness

  • Modify environments and treatment strategies to address interfering behaviors

  • Clearly communicate assessment results, progress, and treatment goals to families

  • Review and approve clinical documentation to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance

  • Mentor and support clinical staff through ongoing feedback and training

Patient Population:

  • Children ages 2 to 16 years

  • Primarily individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related developmental conditions

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing

  • Experience providing ABA services to children with ASD or related diagnoses

  • Strong knowledge of clinical assessments and data-driven decision-making

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
