• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and mental health evaluations for clients, utilizing standardized tools and personalized interviews to establish their mental health status and needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to clients’ specific goals, preferences, and needs, employing evidence-based approaches and therapeutic modalities.

• Provide ongoing individual therapy sessions via teletherapy, ensuring the delivery of quality care through tailored, solution-focused methods.

• Offer crisis intervention services when required, demonstrating acute clinical judgment and compassionate support during high-stress situations.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.
