Job Requirements

(At least one of conditions 1 and 2 must be satisfied)

  • 3โ€“5 years of frontline teaching experience in U.S. Kโ€“5 ELA
  • 3+ years of experience in ELA curriculum product development, with a track record of independently designing or deeply participating in reading and writing curriculum development
  • Familiar with Common Core ELA standards for reading and writing skills, as well as reading & writing classroom activity design
  • Proficient in major U.S. reading and writing instructional frameworks (e.g., Reader's Workshop, Writer's Workshop)
  • Clear and rigorous instructional logic, strong learning ability
  • Able to deliver curriculum products on time and with high quality

Job Responsibilities

  • Curriculum structure discussion: Participate in designing lesson structures and instructional activities for assigned units
  • Courseware development: Finalize product design details and complete courseware production
  • Supporting materials development: Create pre-class, during-class, and post-class teaching support materials
