Part Time Remote Copywriting information

What is part time remote copywriting?

Part time remote copywriting involves creating written content, such as advertisements, website copy, emails, and social media posts, for clients or employers while working remotely and on a part-time basis. Copywriters use persuasive language to help businesses communicate effectively and achieve their marketing goals. Working remotely offers flexibility, allowing copywriters to set their own hours and work from any location with internet access. Part time positions typically require fewer hours per week than full-time roles, making this a good option for those seeking work-life balance or supplementary income.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a part time remote copywriter?

To thrive as a Part Time Remote Copywriter, you need strong writing, editing, and research skills, often backed by a degree in English, Communications, or a related field. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs, and basic graphic design software is highly valuable. Exceptional time management, creativity, and the ability to work independently help copywriters excel in remote settings. These skills ensure high-quality, engaging content is delivered on deadline, supporting clients' marketing goals from any location.

What are the common challenges faced by part time remote copywriters, and how can they be addressed?

Part-time remote copywriters often encounter challenges such as managing multiple client deadlines, maintaining effective communication across time zones, and staying motivated without in-person supervision. To address these, it's helpful to use project management tools to organize tasks, establish regular check-ins with clients or teams, and create a dedicated workspace to minimize distractions. Developing a routine and setting clear boundaries for work hours can also promote productivity and work-life balance in a remote setting.

We’re Userbrain, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company helping teams test products with real users.

We’re looking for a proactive Account Executive (AE). You’ll own your pipeline, run meetings, and close deals.

You’ll be responsible for handling sales meetings (discovery, demos, negotiations), while also actively building pipeline through PQL follow-ups or reactivation campaigns.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, trial support, negotiation, and close.
  • Work with qualified inbound leads and PQLs, while also building ~30% of your pipeline through your own outbound efforts
  • Personalize outreach and follow-ups across email, LinkedIn, and calls.
  • Integrate AI tools into your daily workflow for lead research, copy creation, and workflow automation.
  • Track and update the CRM daily, ensuring every opportunity has accurate stages, forecasts, and notes.

  • Consultative sales style with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills for authentic, human outreach
  • CRM-fluent, with a love for clean pipeline management
