Your Role as aRemoteClinical Therapist:
AtWellQor, you'llhelp your clients overcome anxiety, deal with grief,forgebetter relationships with their families, and be the bestversions of themselves. You'll make a real, tangible difference inthe lives of others, and feel good about the way you bring joy tothe lives of others.
Andyou won't havetodo it alone. We follow a care-team treatmentmodel,which meansclinicians are assigned to teams which they canconnect withand consult for advice, institutionalknowledge, andcontinuedfeedback. Clinicians collaboratewith our ClinicalDirectors todevelop treatment plansand obtain valuable feedback toensurethe best possiblepatient outcomes.
Youwill define yourown availability, make your own schedules, and workaccordingto your lifestyle. Some WellQor therapists work part time,andothers carry full caseloads. Whatever your lifestyle demands,we're here to meet you where you're at.

Requirements:

• LPCC,LMFT,LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, PsyD or equivalent licensed to practiceindependently.
• Empanelment/Participation with commercial insurance planshelpful but not required
• Strongcomputer skills and comfort using mobile devices andelectronicmedical records systems for patient chartingand communication

Responsibilities:

• Conductregular teletherapy sessions with clients
• Typicalissuesthat your patients may faceinclude:
• Adjustmentissues, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, grief,behavioral issues PTSD, substance abuse
• Enterandmaintain appropriate documentation in WellQor's, easy touse web based EHR system according to companyguidelines.
• Utilizeourunique WellQor Clinician Connect™ platform to share ideaswith and obtain support from other WellQor clinicians andleadership nationwide.

Compensation:
WellQorTelehealthTherapists are paid by the billable hour and have theflexibility to take on the caseload that they're interested incarrying at any given time.
