What you'll do
  • Be customer focused and respond to inbound leads and questions while working remotely
  • Demonstrate effective service skills by providing options for customers to fit their unique insurance needs
  • Effectively communicate by telephone and email to resolve issues, describe programs & services to customers and when appropriate
  • Be Walnut’s Damage Insurance licensed representative in Quebec to the support the launch and growth of embedded programs
What you’ll bring to the table
  • AMF Damage Insurance license required to be able to offer property and auto insurance
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace suite and adaptable to change
  • Effective use of time management and the ability to be a self-starter
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to multitask
  • Collect relevant information systematically and through probing questions to process inquiries quickly and accurately
Bilingual

French and English

Life insurance experience
  • Life insurance experience and active license would be a big plus
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) also a bonus
