SVC CONTRACTORS LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Sales/Estimator to support customer conversations and produce accurate project estimates that help drive sales growth.

The Sales/Estimator role is responsible for assisting with inbound and outbound sales efforts while preparing clear, competitive estimates for prospective projects. You will partner with internal teams to gather job details, assess scope and requirements, and translate information into pricing that supports confident customer decisions.

This part-time remote position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple estimate requests while maintaining responsiveness and accuracy.

• Engage with customers to understand project needs, timelines, and requirements, and document details for accurate estimating.

• Prepare estimates and proposals by calculating labor, materials, and project scope based on provided information and job standards.

• Coordinate with internal team members to confirm assumptions, clarify scope, and ensure estimates are consistent and complete.

• Support sales efforts by maintaining organized records of customer interactions, estimate submissions, and follow-ups.

• Assist in tracking estimate outcomes and communicating updates to improve future pricing and sales strategy.

• Experience in sales support, estimating, or a closely related role involving customer-facing communication.

• Strong math and analytical skills with a proven ability to produce accurate, itemized pricing.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain scope and pricing considerations professionally.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a part-time role while maintaining high attention to detail.

• Comfortable working remotely and using standard business tools to organize information and collaborate.

• Background in construction, contracting, or a similar industry where estimating and scope definition are critical.

• Familiarity with the estimating process, including interpreting project requirements and producing structured proposals.

• Experience responding to customer inquiries, handling follow-ups, and supporting a smooth sales cycle.

• A track record of producing accurate documentation and maintaining organized records for customer and project history.
