Job description

Serenity Senior Care LLC is looking for a dependable, compassionate, and professional caregiver to provide in-home care for a client in

Stanwood, WA.

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday
  • 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
  • $22.00 per hour
  • Consistent weekday schedule
  • Same weekend as well

Caregiver Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Assist with personal care, as needed
  • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Assist with mobility and transfers
  • Prepare simple meals and assist with feeding, if needed
  • Provide medication reminders
  • Light housekeeping related to the client’s care
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
  • Follow the client’s care plan and agency policies
  • Communicate changes in the client’s condition or needs to the office
  • Complete accurate care notes and documentation
  • Maintain client privacy, dignity, and confidentiality

Caregiver Requirements:

  • Must have a current Washington HCA, CNA, or NAR credential, as applicable to the position
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Previous caregiving or home-care experience preferred
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and reliable
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be compassionate and respectful toward seniors
  • Ability to follow a care plan and work independently
  • Must be able to safely perform the physical duties required for the position
  • Must pass a required background check
  • Must provide required employment and credential documentation
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be willing to follow Serenity Senior Care LLC policies and procedures
