This role is ideally structured for an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, a General Dentist specializing in advanced surgery/implants, an Endodontist, a Periodontist, or a Prosthodontist with surgical expertise.

  • Arrangement & Schedule: Highly flexible options including Full-Time, Part-Time, Locum Tenens, short-term contract, or a direct track toward Partnership/Buyout. |
  • Daily Guarantee / Compensation: Competitive daily rates ranging from $1,700 to $2,600/day (commensurate with experience/specialty) or a negotiable percentage of production.
  • Mentorship Available: Up to 10 hours per week of remote clinical and operational mentorship from an established owner-surgeon to ensure a seamless transition and sustained practice growth.

Core Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform full-scope clinical consultations, surgical extractions, third molar removals, bone grafting, dental implant placements, and related specialty procedures.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation (completing clinical notes within 48 hours to support administrative billing workflows).
  • Cultivate positive relationships with patients, staff, and referring doctors as a compassionate clinical leader in the local community.
  • (Optional) Manage elective hospital privileges for complex surgical cases based on interest and practice scope.
