• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients, focusing on low-acuity mental health concerns such as anxiety, mild depression, and stress management.
• Utilize active listening techniques to help clients articulate their feelings, experiences, and challenges.
• Facilitate assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized action plans based on their unique situations.
• Employ solution-focused and evidence-based therapeutic strategies to assist clients in achieving their short-term and long-term mental health goals.
• Document client interactions and treatment plans in a user-friendly online dashboard designed specifically for mental health professionals.

You will predominantly work with stable, low-acuity clients who have been meticulously screened prior to engaging in services. This ensures that you are focusing on individuals who are ready to work towards improvement without the complexities associated with higher acuity mental health cases. Your clientele will be diverse, providing meaningful interactions across various backgrounds.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• An active and independent state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proven ability to assess psychological issues and develop treatment recommendations effectively.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills, displaying empathy and professionalism at all times.
• Competency in using technology and electronic health records systems.

• Prior experience in telehealth or online counseling services is an advantage.
• Familiarity with solution-focused therapeutic methodologies.
• Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of culturally competent practices.

• Annual salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 104,000, commensurate with hours worked and experience.
