Daybreak Health is actively recruiting bilingual Spanish/English associate clinicians (LMHCA or LCSWA) in the Triangle area. This is a part-time W2 remote role with free supervision, guaranteed pay, and consistent Monโ€“Fri afternoon/evening hours.

The Raleigh-Durham area has a significant and fast-growing Latino population, and students across North Carolina need bilingual clinicians now. If you speak Spanish and want to serve your community โ€” we want to hear from you.

  • Guaranteed pay for late cancellations and no-shows
  • $35/hr individual sessions (12+) | $45/hr family therapy
  • Part-time W2 โ€” stable employment, not gig work

  • Monโ€“Fri 3โ€“8 PM โ€” consistent, predictable hours
  • No billing, no credentialing, no admin โ€” we handle everything

The Work

Provide teletherapy to Kโ€“12 students across North Carolina. Collaborate with school counselors and families statewide, and participate in weekly supervision and case consultations.

What You Need

  • Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
  • Interest in or experience with youth and family therapy
  • Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
  • Available Monโ€“Fri 3โ€“8 PM

Preferred
