Part-Time Receptionist – Wednesdays and Sundays
Location: Waldorf, MD
Schedule: Part-Time, 2–3 Days per Week
Required Availability: Wednesdays and Sundays
Join Our Team
J.J.’s Auto Service Center is seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Part-Time Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, enjoy helping people, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive service environment.
Responsibilities
  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Schedule appointments and assist with general customer inquiries
  • Check customers in and notify service advisors of their arrival
  • Process customer payments and provide receipts
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Perform light administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Assist the management and service teams with additional office tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Previous receptionist, customer service, or office experience is preferred but not required

Schedule Requirements
