Part-Time Maintenance Technician
Kent OH

Integrity Realty Group is seeking a reliable, experienced Part-Time Maintenance Technician to help maintain our apartment communities including Woodland Pointe and Ryan Place. If you enjoy solving problems, take pride in your work, and provide great customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
Work days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:30 a - 5;00 pm.
Responsibilities include:
  • Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance repairs
  • Carpentry, masonry, and preventive maintenance
  • Completing work orders in a timely manner
  • Assisting with apartment turns and preparing homes for new residents
  • Helping maintain the grounds, including snow removal when needed

Qualifications:
  • Experience in apartment, residential, or commercial maintenance
  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
  • Friendly, professional attitude with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform the physical demands of the job
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Reliable transportation for work use
  • Must provide your own basic hand tools
