  • Curriculum Awareness & Adaptive Instruction: Familiar with real estate licensing examination content and common challenges such as real estate math calculations, distinguishing property ownership types, and understanding financing instruments. Adapts instruction using practice examinations, real estate math workshops, and scenario-based questions to support aspiring real estate professionals preparing for state salesperson or broker licensing examinations.
  • Effective Teaching Methods: Ability to identify concepts students commonly struggle with, explain material using multiple approaches, and adapt instruction to meet individual learning needs and styles.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
  • Ability to adapt to different learning styles and student needs.
