Job description

We're looking for someone who enjoys uncovering unique finds, working with people, and making a positive impact in the community. If you're organized, dependable, and enjoy meaningful work, this could be a great fit for you.
Our company helps seniors and their families during major life transitions such as downsizing, moving, and estate clear-outs throughout Palm Beach County. As a Team Member, you'll guide projects with care and professionalism while helping families navigate what can often be an emotional process.
In this role, you'll identify, photograph, and research items including antiques, collectibles, artwork, vintage pieces, and household goods to prepare them for online auction sales through CTBIDS.com. You'll also help organize homes, sort belongings, and assist with preparing properties for their next stage.
No two projects are the same, and the work you do truly helps families during an important time in their lives.
Responsibilities
- Sort household contents into categories for selling, donating, relocating, or disposal.
- Photograph and upload items for online estate auctions.
- Research and identify antiques, collectibles, and everyday household items.
- Assist with estate sale events as a team member or cashier when needed.
- Work inside clients' homes throughout Palm Beach County, including Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Lantana, and nearby communities.
- Support seniors with packing, unpacking, organizing, and settling into new living spaces.
- Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently and professionally.
- Help maintain clean, organized work areas throughout projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Friendly, compassionate, and professional attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to stay organized in fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable working in cluttered spaces, garages, sheds, attics, and outdoor areas.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday.

- Previous experience with antiques, collectibles, resale, or estate sales is a plus.
- Must have dependable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Background check required.
Position Information
Part-time, flexible, and project-based work.
