You Have:
  • 2+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using Agile methods
  • 1+ years of experience working with a full-stack LLM solutions, including RAG implementation, model selection or registry management such as Hugging Face, and LLM frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex, and using embedding models and vector databases
  • Experience with LLM inference engines such as vLLM and llama.cpp
  • Experience with Cursor or AI-assisted coding tools to enhance software or digital engineering development processes
  • Experience with full-stack development, including RESTFul APIs, Node.js, JavaScript, and React
  • Experience with Agile methodology and DevSecOps tools such as GitHub Actions, to build and manage CI/CD pipelines
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience implementing and utilizing Model Context Protocol (MCP) in software or digital engineering projects to enable seamless model interoperability and context management
  • Experience performing systems engineering analysis and developing systems engineering products for government or mission critical systems, including NASA or the DoW
  • Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) development, including using digital engineering tools such as Cameo, MagicDraw, SparxEA, DOORS, and IBM Rhapsody
  • Experience with MagicDraw plug-in development and Teamwork Cloud (TWC) administration
  • Experience with MATLAB, STK, ModelCenter, or TeamCenter
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Experience with software product testing and QA/QC
  • Experience with Linux
  • Master's degree in Engineering
  • Industry Certifications such as OCSMP, ASEP, GCP, Azure, AWS, and Security+ Certifications

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
