About the Role
Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician to provide one-to-one behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-24) in home, school, and community settings across Pennsylvania. This is a full-time role that supports clients with emotional or behavioral challenges and promotes age-appropriate independence and stability. Guided by a Behavioral Consultant, you'll follow a personalized treatment plan that includes behavioral interventions, skill reinforcement, and family education. You'll work directly with clients and caregivers, helping reduce service dependence while promoting culturally competent, recovery-oriented care.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver 1:1 behavioral health services to youth (ages 2-24) across home/school/community setting

  • Follow treatment plans designed by the supervising Behavioral Consultant

  • Promote age-appropriate functioning and skill development

  • Set clear boundaries to reduce dependency on services

  • Provide parent training and caregiver support

  • Offer culturally responsive, trauma-informed care

  • Maintain daily travel and documentation of client progress

Required Qualifications
  • Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI clearances

  • One of the following:

  • BCaBA, RBT, or BCAT certification

  • 2+ years of Behavioral Health Certification (from an NCCA- or ANSI-accredited body)

  • High school diploma or equivalent + 40-hour RBT Training (or willingness to complete within 10 days of hire)

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience providing behavioral health services
