  • Foster communication, play, daily living, and social skills through engaging, evidence-based interventions.
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and caregivers to support consistent, high-quality care and make treatment adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations, company policies, and the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Ethics Code.
  • Create a positive, supportive, and safe learning environment that encourages client growth, independence, and success.
