Job Summary


Join our dynamic team as a Registered Behavior Therapist/Technician (RBT), where you'll play a vital role in supporting children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. In this energetic and rewarding position, you will implement individualized behavioral interventions, assist with daily living activities, and contribute to meaningful progress in clients’ lives. Duties

  • Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques, including applied behavior analysis (ABA), tailored to each client’s care plan.
  • Collect and analyze data on client behaviors to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments.
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as grooming, feeding, and toileting, promoting independence.
  • Support teaching sessions focused on communication, social skills, and functional life skills through engaging methods.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, including progress notes, behavior logs, and updates to care plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent care and effective behavior management strategies.
