POSITION OVERVIEW

Dragonfly Cares is seeking compassionate, reliable Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBT) to provide after-school 1:1 ABA services. You'll help children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills in a positive, engaging environment.

This role is a great fit for patient, energetic people looking to make a real impact, including students, recent graduates, and those starting out in behavioral health. We provide full onboarding and training, along with ongoing support and supervision from our experienced BCBAs.

If you do not hold the Registered Behavior Technician Certification through the BACB Board. You will be required to become an RBT if placed on an insurance case, within 30 days of placement. We offer online courses, along with guidance every step of the way.

You will be paid a $700 bonus for completing the RBT course and being certified after you have worked 120 days as an RBT and are working on average 10-15 hours per week.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy with children, following individualized plans from a supervising BCBA
  • Collect and record behavioral data to track progress and guide treatment decisions
  • Build strong, positive relationships with the children and their families
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation that meets clinical and insurance standards
  • Participate in supervision and ongoing trainings to grow your clinical skills

Requirements

  • Registered Behavior Technician(REQUIRED)
  • Comfortable working in both a center and an in-home setting
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field (preferred, not required)
  • Experience with children, especially those with autism or developmental delays is a plus
  • Excellent communication, patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others
  • Reliable transportation to the center and to clients' homes
