Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Full-time or Part Time

Pay: $20–$30/hour

Airborne ABA is a fast-growing ABA therapy provider dedicated to helping children thrive at home, in school, and in the community. We are excited to announce a new opportunity to serve families in Monument, Colorado and we're looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

What You'll Do:

  • Work directly with children with autism and developmental needs.
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Support skill-building, positive behavior change, and independence.
