Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for ABA Overview:

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated ABA therapist to join our team at KidzThrive ABA. As an ABA therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with ASD.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for ABA Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one on one therapy sessions with clients using ABA techniques
  • Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Collect data to measure progress
  • Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with families, supervisors, and other relevant parties

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for ABA Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including full-time or part-time options
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and team members
  • Ability to follow instruction, work independently, and problem solve in a fast paced environment
