Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across Tennessee. We provide ABA services that focus on real life, real families, and meaningful progress. Our team values collaboration, flexibility, and ethical practice, and we strive to create a supportive environment where both clients and staff can grow.

This position is for candidates who already hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

Applicants must have an active RBT certification at the time of application.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Pay: $20–$24 per hour starting pay, based on experience. RBTs with additional experience may discuss higher pay.

  • Hours: Full-Time (30+ hours per week) or Part-Time

  • Schedule: Flexible scheduling based on availability

Hire-On Bonus

A hire-on bonus is available only for candidates who:

  • Already hold an active RBT certification

  • Currently live in the service area or will actively work in the service area where the position is located

Bonus eligibility will be confirmed during the hiring process.

Referral Bonus

We offer a $400 referral bonus for RBTs or BCBAs referred to Tennessee or Nebraska.
The bonus is paid once the referral joins our team and remains employed for at least 45 days.
