What are we looking for?
- A genuine, caring, and compassionate professional with a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with guests
- Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience
- A collaborative team player who actively supports and encourages colleagues to achieve shared success
What would you bring to the table?
- 1+ years of service industry experience and spa coordination, preferably in a high end or luxury spa environment
- Flexible schedule- availability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
What would your job responsibilities be?
- Create a welcoming, memorable spa experience by building genuine connections with guests from the moment they walk in the door
- Deliver exceptional hospitality with professionalism, confidence, and a solution-oriented mindset, especially when it comes to accommodating special requests
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation at all times
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and consistency in scheduling and the spa booking system to ensure maximum sales potential and guest/employee satisfaction
- Support and collaborate with the spa team to achieve shared success
- Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and assist Spa Therapists and Attendants as needed
