Responsibilities

As a Bartender, your role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities aimed at connecting and engaging with each guest to create a WOW experience. You will be expected to serve patrons courteously, swiftly, and efficiently, always maintaining a sincere, positive, pleasant, and enthusiastic demeanor.

A key part of your job will involve adhering to guidelines for the legal and responsible service of alcohol. Your duties will include taking orders, engaging in suggestive selling, and crafting drinks according to specific recipes.

Additionally, you will handle financial transactions, which entails accurately receiving money, giving back change, and being accountable for all cash managed at your register during your shift. At the end of your shift, you will also be responsible for counting down the cash drawer to ensure all totals are accurate. Your attention to detail, compliance with legal standards, and commitment to WOW guest service will be pivotal in creating an enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must be at least 18 years old and consistently adhere to laws regarding the responsible service of alcohol.

Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will be interacting with a diverse range of guests and ensuring they have a memorable WOW experience.

Additionally, you should be physically capable of lifting 15-20 pounds and be able to maintain a high level of energy and efficiency for shifts lasting up to 8 hours.
