Facility: BayCare Health System, Diagnostic Radiology - Add on to St. Joseph's Hospital - Hampton Lakes/West Chase Imaging
Location:12780 Race Track Road, Tampa, FL 33626
Status: Part-Time (Non-Benefit Eligible), Exempt: No
Shift Hours: Saturday 8-10 hour day shift, plus varying additional days
Shift: Shift 1, Days
Weekend Work: Every Saturday
On Call: No
Radiology Technologist - Outpatient Responsibilities:
• Performs diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.
• May perform minor invasive procedures and support operating room and emergency department diagnostic imaging services.
• Responsible for all duties related to imaging patient care, RIS data management, file room, general clerical, physician assistance, patient transportation.
• Must have customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates time management, critical thinking, written, and verbal skills.
• Possesses computer skills appropriate to the position.
• Preferred 1 year experience in CT Technologist, Electrocardiogram and/or MRI
Requirements:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• AART (Radiologic Technologists) - Registry Eligible; OR - ARRT (Radiologic Technologist) - within 6 months
• Radiology - State of Florida
• Technical Diploma (Radiology) OR Associates Degree - Radiology
