Our Kitchen Team, also known as the Back of House, is the center of all activity working hard to deliver fresh, crave-able food in a fast paced, food safe environment. Our food is made fresh: we thaw, marinade and hand bread our fried chicken, we chop our lettuce, and mix and hand roll our biscuits. Our kitchen is much like your home kitchen as our food is prepared much like Truett's mom used to do it. We produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures.
