About the Role:
Grease Monkey in Tempe, AZ is looking for a driven and experienced Part Time Quick Lube Store Manager to help lead our fast-paced service center. This is your chance to take the wheel of a high-energy team, delivering top-notch automotive maintenance while growing your career in a thriving industry. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and workflow management
  • Lead, coach, and schedule a team of lube technicians and service advisors
  • Drive sales performance, upselling services such as oil changes, fluid top-offs, and filter replacements
  • Ensure fast, accurate, and high-quality vehicle service to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory levels and order automotive supplies and products as needed
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a professional manner
  • Track KPIs, prepare reports, and meet revenue and efficiency targets
Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience in a quick lube, automotive service, or related environment preferred 
  • Strong knowledge of oil change services, preventive maintenance, and light automotive repair
