Overview

Part-Time Quality Assurance Inspector - Janitorial Services

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Quality Assurance Inspector to support our janitorial operations. This position is responsible for independently inspecting client facilities, identifying service deficiencies, documenting findings, and helping ensure our cleaning teams consistently meet company and client standards.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled and unscheduled quality inspections at assigned client locations.
  • Inspect offices, restrooms, lobbies, common areas, elevators, breakrooms, exterior entrances, and other contracted service areas.
  • Evaluate cleanliness, appearance, detail work, and compliance with client specifications.
  • Identify deficiencies such as dust, fingerprints, restroom issues, floor-care concerns, missed trash, glass and entrance conditions, supply issues, and other service gaps.
  • Document inspection results accurately using company inspection tools, photographs, and written observations.
  • Communicate deficiencies promptly to the appropriate operations manager or supervisor.
Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Previous commercial janitorial, facilities, housekeeping, inspection, or quality-assurance experience.
  • Knowledge of commercial cleaning standards and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate concerns clearly and professionally.
  • Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet to complete inspections and submit photographs.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a changing inspection schedule.
