Main responsibilities: Analyze, validate and monitor prescriptions for chemotherapy, immunotherapy, hormone therapy and other oncological treatments. Participate in the development, application and revision of therapeutic protocols. Validate doses according to clinical, biological and pharmacokinetic parameters. Supervise the safe preparation of anticancer drugs and other sterile preparations. To detect, prevent and resolve problems related to pharmacotherapy. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and discussions of complex cases. Ensure the safe management of cytotoxic drugs in accordance with applicable standards.
