Responsibilities may include writing and testing automation scripts, maintaining documentation, and troubleshooting issues. Common areas of automation include data processing, web scraping, file management, and testing. Employers look for candidates with strong Python skills and experience with relevant libraries such as Selenium, Pandas, or Requests.

Familiarity with automation frameworks like Selenium, pytest, or Robot Framework, as well as version control systems like Git, is typically required. Strong attention to detail, time management, and effective communication are valuable soft skills in this role. These skills ensure efficient automation solutions, reliable project delivery, and smooth collaboration even in a part-time capacity.

What are the typical projects or tasks a part time python automation specialist might work on, and how is their workload usually structured?
