LMG is seeking motivated individuals to join our FlexForce Technician Program, an entry level opportunity designed for individuals who want to gain hands on experience in the audiovisual industry. This flexible role allows participants to develop technical skills while supporting the equipment and operations behind concerts, broadcasts, corporate events, and large scale productions.
This position is especially well suited for college students who want real world experience in live production while balancing school and work. FlexForce Technicians will gain exposure to multiple technical departments while learning industry best practices from experienced professionals.
For more than 35 years, LMG has delivered cutting edge video, audio, lighting, and LED solutions for major productions including global tours, televised broadcasts, and corporate events. As part of Entertainment Technology Partners, LMG is committed to developing talent and supporting career growth in the live events industry.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Assist with scanning, pulling, and preparing equipment for tours, corporate events, and rentals
  • Support basic staging, setup, and functionality checks across audio, video, lighting, and LED departments
  • Help track equipment movement and perform inventory checks within warehouse systems
  • Assist with loading and unloading equipment and organizing returned gear for inspection and processing
  • Maintain organized workspaces and support overall warehouse operations
  • Gain hands on experience with professional audiovisual equipment and production workflows

What We're Looking For
  • Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physical warehouse environment
  • Currently enrolled in a college program related to AV, production, or a similar field
