Job description

Are you a dedicated, hardworking, and reliable individual who takes pride in keeping spaces clean and welcoming? Integrity Porter & Services is seeking motivated team players to join our growing crew! As a Porter, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and curb appeal of retail shopping centers across the metroplex.

Schedule:

  • Part Time: 3 days or 4 days per week - Monday is required.

Hours:

  • 6:00am to 2:00pm-4:00pm. End time depends on route completion.

Pay:

  • $13.00/hr without a valid DL
  • $15.00/hr with a valid DL

Essential Job Functions:

  • Sweep and operate backpack blower to remove cigarette butts, litter, and debris from storefronts, sidewalks, and parking areas
  • Replace trash can liners and wipe down trash can lids along storefronts
  • Clean and maintain dumpster enclosures; remove excessive waste as needed
  • Remove cobwebs from building canopies, entryways, and light fixtures
  • Conduct visual inspections of properties for cleanliness and safety hazards
  • Safely operate company vehicle between assigned locations
  • Utilize GPS-equipped tablet to follow route schedule and confirm service completion
  • Ensure all assigned properties meet company quality standards before leaving site
  • Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and supplies
  • Operate company vehicle throughout DFW Metroplex

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid government-issued ID required.
  • Valid driver’s license preferred with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Experience operating small equipment (blower, basic cleaning tools) preferred
  • Prior experience in porter services, groundskeeping, janitorial, facilities and grounds maintenance, or similar outdoor labor role preferred

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8+ hours daily)
  • Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, pushing, and pulling
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to enter and exit company vehicle multiple times per day
  • Ability to operate company vehicle throughout DFW Metroplex (including highways) in all weather conditions
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, wind)

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily outdoor work environment at retail shopping centers
  • Exposure to weather conditions including heat, humidity, cold, rain, and wind
  • Exposure to dust, debris, and occasional unpleasant odors (e.g., dumpster areas)
  • Early morning start time (6:00 AM)
  • Travel between locations throughout shift
  • May require occasional weekend or schedule adjustments based on client needs
