Job description

The Shift Manager is responsible to run the restaurant, treating it like it is his/her own, with a focus on stewardship and daily improvement for himself/herself as well as the team. The Shift Manager may be responsible for opening, closing, or working any shifts between such but is ultimately the driver of the shift to ensure the best possible guest experience. A Shift leader coaches, encourages, holds accountabilities, communicates goals and performance in regards to such goals, and helps breed a culture of positivity and high-performance. Scheduled shifts are between the hours of 5am-4pm or 2pm-close Monday-Saturday. Must be 18+. Wage will be adjusted for part-time and/or limited availability.


Shift Managers have responsibilities for the restaurant's operations, including but not limited to: opening/closing the restaurant, specific continuous improvement projects within the restaurant, overseeing team members' performance and holding the team accountable for results, identifying where "bottlenecks" exist and reassigning team members to increase flow and heighten the guest experience, etc..
