Description
As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, attractiveness, and overall upkeep of our apartment complex's outdoor areas, landscaping, and grounds.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as trimming hedges, and watering plants to maintain a visually appealing landscape.
  • Keep outdoor spaces free from debris, litter, and other safety hazards.
  • Perform regular inspections of outdoor areas to identify and address maintenance needs, such as repairing fences, and walkways.
  • Assist in planting flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the beauty of the property.
  • Use and maintain groundskeeping equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Maintain an inventory of landscaping and maintenance supplies and communicate needs to the management team.
  • Respond promptly to any landscaping-related concerns or requests from residents.
