We are seeking a Part-time/On Call Civil Engineering Discipline Lead II to join our organization in West Palm Beach, United States. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the civil engineering discipline, driving technical excellence, mentoring talented engineers, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with proven leadership capabilities, demonstrating a commitment to innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.

  • Lead and mentor a team of civil engineers, fostering professional development and creating a collaborative work environment
  • Oversee the technical quality and compliance of civil engineering designs, ensuring adherence to industry standards, codes, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for discipline-specific initiatives
  • Develop and implement engineering standards, best practices, and standard operating procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including structural, mechanical, and environmental disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise on complex engineering challenges and design solutions
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

Qualifications
