Overview

Our Generalย labourersย are an integral part of theย baking and production process,ย ensuringย our delicious baked goodsย are packaged,ย and safely end up onย groceryย store shelvesย and at your favorite restaurantsย across North America.ย 

SHIFT: Monday to Friday, Shift Rotation every 2 weeks between Mornings and Evenings,ย (flexibility with working overtime, Overtime available after 40 hours or after shifts >8 hours)

Mornings - Starts between 7:00AM and 8:00AM /Afternoons - Starts between 2:00PM and 3:00PM

WAGE: Starting from $18.00/ hour.

Responsibilities

In a typical day, you will:ย 

  • Pick,ย pack,ย sort, andย package fresh productsย into bags and boxesย 
  • Work in production/packaging area to make andย stack boxes onto palletsย ย 
  • Inspect filled packages to ensure product is packaged according to specifications.ย 
  • Work closely with production team members to ensure product qualityย ย 
  • Mix the ingredients, package the breads, and Load the bread trays as per the instructions.
  • Assist machine operators/mixers/oven captains and crew with other duties as assigned.ย ย 
  • May assistย sanitation crew in the cleanliness of production equipment a

Requirements

  • A lover of bread and baked goods!ย 
  • You should be comfortable lifting 50 pounds.
  • You have strong people skills-you're approachable, a good listener, and empathetic ย 
  • You have previously worked in a manufacturing environment (even better if it was food manufacturing!)ย
