Part-Time Finishing Assembler


Willow Hill Supply, LLC is seeking 12 part-time Finishing Assemblers to join our team in Winchester, Kentucky.

Founded in 2011, Willow Hill Supply is a U.S. manufacturer of embroidered patches, printed goods, and tactical products operating under the brands Tactical Gear Junkie and Kentucky Emblem. We take pride in producing high-quality products while providing outstanding customer service. Our customers include the military, law enforcement, fire departments, government agencies, and businesses across the country.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for assembling and preparing embroidered and sewn products for final production. No previous experience is requiredwe'll train the right person.


Essential Job Duties

  • Operate a heat press to apply various backings to products.
  • Operate finishing equipment and machinery.
  • Glue, cut, and assemble products to required specifications using hot glue and spray adhesive.
  • Maintain a steady production pace while producing quality work.
  • Inspect products for defects and report any quality concerns.
  • Help meet daily and weekly production goals.
  • Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe.
  • Perform basic equipment cleaning and report maintenance issues.
  • Assist with other production tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Comfortable using scissors and performing repetitive hand movements.

Physical Requirements

Job Type

We are looking to hire one or two part-time employees.

Flexible Schedule

Monday through Friday

Approximately 2030 hours per week (schedule can be discussed during the interview).
