About Vale Vale is dedicated to crafting exceptional beverage experiences. We specialize in premium matcha and coffee, as well as producing our own line of artisanal syrups and tinctures. We are looking for a detailed-oriented team member to help us maintain our high standards of quality from the production line to our cafes and carts.

The Role We are seeking a dedicated Production Specialist to join our team. This dual-role position involves working in our production facility to prepare syrups, tinctures, and beverage bases, as well as delivering finished products to our various locations. You will ensure the production of high-quality goods while adhering to strict safety and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Production & Processing: Operate matcha brewing equipment and syrup production equipment in compliance with FDA regulations and food safety standards.
  • Packaging & Labeling: Assist with the bottling, labeling, and packaging of house-made syrups and tinctures, ensuring consistency and visual quality.
  • Logistics & Delivery: Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver products to our cafes and carts on a semi-regular basis.
  • Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness of the production kitchen, mixing equipment, and tools according to strict hygiene protocols.
  • Inventory & QC: Conduct basic math calculations for recipe measurements and track inventory of raw ingredients (sugar, spices, tea leaves, etc.).

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record (Required for cafe/cart deliveries).
  • Food Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with FDA regulations and sanitation procedures.
  • Experience: Previous experience in kitchen production, or food manufacturing is preferred.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (ingredients and delivery crates) and stand for extended periods.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in measuring ingredients for syrups and tinctures is critical.
