Roger Williams Academy (RWA) is a small, BCBA-Owned, ABA therapy company dedicated to the development of growth mindsets through Empathy, Education, Analysis, and Applied Learning. At RWA, were committed to human-centeredness, which means that our goal is to encourage growth without compromising the TRUE essence of the individual(s). Anyone that has the capacity to learn can grow given the opportunity, resources, and environment conducive for success. Thats our commitment to our clients, employees, and stakeholders alike. Well provide the opportunity, develop individualized resources, create the necessary environment, and watch you blossom!

Roger Williams Academy is looking for a well-qualified Part-Time(8 AM - 12 PM; Monday - Friday) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in the Houston area. This will start as a part-time position with the potential to grow as new cases becoming available. The ideal candidate for this position would be bi-lingual (English/Spanish; *not a requirement), and have afternoon availability to serve as "Floater". Meaning, if a staff member is out (i.e., sick, vacation, etc.,) you'd be available to cover the shift (when provided with at least 24 hours notice). The candidate selected for this role will be paid an increased hourly rate.
A little bit about us.
RWA was founded on September 2021 out of necessity, and quite frankly, growing desperation. Prior to starting the company, founder/CEO, Glenn Harrell, was eager to find a place of employment where he felt the needs of the individuals were prioritized at every level. He wanted to work for a place that put people over profits and removed the pedestals that separated lower-level clinicians from leadership. Glenn desired to be somewhere that truly invested in the growth and development of the PEOPLE so that the PEOPLE were motivated, intrinsically. In doing so, they would provide the highest quality therapy to the clients and stakeholders.
