The Division Noodle Express is hiring Preparation Cooks!

Our Prep Cooks are responsible for keeping our kitchens stocked with fresh ingredients, preparing sauces and other recipes from scratch daily, and assisting with kitchen duties such as dishes, station clean and prep, and other duties as requested by a supervisor.

As a Prep Cook you will have responsibilities such as:

  • Completing food prep duties including:
  • Prepare food for service (chopping, cutting).
  • Preparing sauces for use in the restaurant.
  • Set-up and stock stations with necessary supplies
  • Cleaning and maintaining prep areas.
  • Cook menu items in collaboration with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Performing other kitchen duties as assigned
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines.

And be able to meet physical requirements such as:

  • The ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • The ability to reach, bend, and twist as needed.
  • Ability to use hands to control, feel, and operate tools and objects.
  • Ability to arrive at work on time and reliably

The concept behind the creation of the Noodle express was to deliver the same great flavors of the Mustard Seed but in a fast-casual environment for everyone to enjoy. In 1992, the first Noodle Express was introduced at Southgate Mall located in Missoula, Montana. We've since expanded to have locations across the Inland Northwest with locations in Montana, Northern Idaho, and Washington.

We're especially proud of our in-house sauces at Noodle Express, as well as our commitment to using fresh ingredients, and our dedication to providing exceptional service. We're able to be proud of all of this because of the hard work put in by our amazing team members.
